BRAND IDENTITY • FREELANCE
BenefHIIT
This project was a brand identity design created for a boutique gym company with a difference.
BenefHIIT is a gym that combines raising your heart rate with raising money for charity. It's primarily targeted at time-poor men and women aged 18-60 with mid-high incomes. It also targets millennials and Gen-Z who have an awareness for looking after themselves, as well as others and the world around them.

Challenges
-
Remote collaboration
-
Creating unique concepts
-
Unfamiliar industry
Solution
-
Regular updates - despite in-person meetings not being an option, we utilised regular phone calls to stay up-to-date with the progress of the project. I also regularly emailed new concepts and ideas to my client to ensure the designs stayed in-line with client expectations.
-
Discovery and research - I provided my client with a business description template to give me a full understanding of what his business offers, the core aims and values, and who the main target audience is. Competitor research also provided an insight into how other boutique gym brands were visually communicating their brand.

Idea Generation
Initial idea generation for this project aimed to combine visual imagery for movement and charitable giving.
I shared sketches with the client before moving onto mocking up the designs in Adobe Illustrator. Colour palettes and typography were collated with the preferred logo designs and put into a brand style board to share with the client.
